We were tasked by this Homeowner Association in Eden Prairie to alleviate a settling and erosion issue that was occurring behind several homes.  Due to the proximity to a nearby pond, we worked with multiple state agencies for guidance and permitting.  An engineering firm helped with the specifications for the modular block retaining walls. We managed surface water and further erosion with catch basins, rip rap and plantings.
